We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you contact us through the website contact form. This may include your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not require account registration to use this website.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to maintain the security and operation of the site.

Information collected through third-party services

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Payment details and transaction data are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy and are not stored by Partial Audio. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

Contact form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms. Please refer to Web3Forms' privacy policy for how they handle submission data.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information to:

  • Respond to contact form enquiries, support requests, and custom development questions
  • Process or facilitate purchases through our checkout provider
  • Maintain the security and operation of the website
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We only process your personal information when we have a lawful basis to do so. This includes: processing necessary to respond to your contact enquiries (legitimate interest / performance of a contract); processing necessary to facilitate a purchase you initiate (performance of a contract); processing for website security and operation (legitimate interest); and processing required by applicable law (legal obligation). Where you have consented to analytics (§3), that consent is our lawful basis for analytics processing.

3. Do We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels by default. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are only loaded if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand website usage, measure product interest, and improve marketing. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device details, referring pages, and interactions such as checkout button clicks, demo video opens, and successful contact form submissions.

We do not intentionally send contact form names, email addresses, message text, subject lines, or payment details to analytics providers.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change your choice with the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

The website may embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits data collection by YouTube until a video is played.

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Lemon Squeezy — our checkout provider, for processing purchases
  • Web3Forms — for receiving and transmitting contact form submissions
  • Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider, which may process request data as part of delivering the website
  • Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Partial Audio or others

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

Contact form submission data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. We do not maintain a long-term database of contact form submissions.

Purchase records are retained by Lemon Squeezy according to their own data retention policies.

Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained according to the retention period configured in that service (default: 14 months). You may request deletion of analytics data associated with your device by contacting us or by using Google's opt-out tools.

6. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
